This data portal is a central hub of information, data, and reports about climate change. Created by the World Bank and supported by the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) and others, this resource allows users to query, map, compare, chart, and summarize key climate and climate-related information. It also provides online access to comprehensive global, regional, and country data related to climate change and development. The aim of the portal is to help provide development practitioners with a resource to explore, evaluate, synthesize, and learn about climate related vulnerabilities and risks at multiple levels of details.

GFDRR is a global partnership that helps developing countries better understand and reduce their vulnerabilities to natural hazards and adapt to climate change. Working with more than 400 local, national, regional, and international partners, GFDRR provides grant financing, technical assistance, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to mainstream disaster and climate risk management in policies and strategies. Managed by the World Bank, GFDRR is supported by 34 countries and nine international organizations.
